Returns
You have 4 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
Ship Your Item Pack the item securely and include your RAN. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to be processed and posted to your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
